Joined The Wilderness Society on a contract basis to help deliver their new CRM platform. We're working on migrating historical data from the last 30 years into a new system (Franklin) that will support the not-for-profit organisation's needs in the digital age.Specific project tasks include: data mapping; data migration and transformation; liaison with with software vendors; and reporting.

Consulting to the BHPB Coal business continued after the transition to SAP in 2013, with a focus on monthly, quarterly and KPI reporting. Impala Systems started working as a business partner of Risk Management Technologies in 2012, with the major project being delivery of a corporate risk and controls management solution to Toronto Transit Commission. Whilst contracting for BHPB, I worked for Group HSEC and the Coal businesses delivering data migration projects, report solutions, and data analysis services to executive management.

After returning to Australia from travel in Europe and Southeast Asia I accepted a contract at the NMA to assist with the consolidation of several collections-related systems. The main task was the consolidation of two active databases into a core collections and digital asset management system. Following a 6-month holiday overseas I returned to work with the ICT department for work on other IT projects.

The role was to support a governmental electronic data capture project. Duties included reviewing processes, software, and hardware to ensure efficient processing of documents using Tower software.

As Project Manager for the software development team of the national ISP (eisa / austarmetro) several ISP integrations and business take-overs made for an interesting two years.

Began career in a small ISP taking customer enquiries over the telephone. Then went on to define and implement accounting and procedural systems for new finance projects new company (eisa Finance).
