Direct all Human Resources functions, policies, practices and communications in support of GSF USA, Inc. multi-division / state commercial cleaning operations. This includes organizational planning and development, employment, compensation, benefits, training, safety, employee relations (union and non-union) and union relations. Ensure balanced and consistent application of policy and service across multiple office locations in multiple states. Coordinate efforts through the management of Human Resources staff at all locations. Report to and advise the President as the ranking Human Resources official in the organization. Advise all levels of the organization on Human Resources issues. Participate in strategic cross-function planning and projects.
