I am currently developing using PHP (mainly Laravel framework) and other technologies (CSS / SCSS, HTML, VueJS, JavaScript) that allow me to get the job done efficiently, to a high standard with security, performance and maintainability at the forefront.I am passionate about solving problems and finding solutions that meet all requirements, while requiring the least effort from the operator of the software.I previously competed in a range of competitions in web design, aimed at young people, which enabled me to receive training to booster my skill and knowledge beyond what I had thought I could do. This also helped to build a passion for continual learning and self-drive.I competed in:- Welsh Web Finals (2010) - 1st Place- UK Nationals Advanced Tier in Web Design (2010) - 2nd- Squad Selection (2010) - 1st- French Nationals (2011) - 2nd- Team Selection (2011) - 1st- Global Skills Challenge, Australia (2011) - 1st- WorldSkills London, Web Design (2011) - 4thYoungest member of Team UK (2011), and highest scoring medallion of excellence in the UK.I've also achieved Duke of Edinburgh Bronze, and I was aiming for Gold when my competitions took over.I later received the Learner of the Year Award in Wales, awarded in 2012.Please note, although I appreciate any recruiters trying to make connections, I am not interested in any other opportunities as I am completely happy with the role I am in and team I work with.
