Responsible for supporting one million plus customers on the DoD365-J Office 365 Tenant as a Tier 2 Administrator while providing the following:Complete, accurate, and timely information individually or in partnership with internal and/or external co-providers in response to customers' needs for reasons such as evaluating requirements, accomplishing work, and/or making decisions. Regularly provides courteous and responsive customer support and maintains rapport with customers by developing effective working relationships. Relied upon to provide feedback to juniors, peers, and seniors on critical; often intricate issues affecting all technicalaspects of the DoD365-J environments. Responsible for supporting 26 Mail Database PODs, 2,210 Client Access Servers, 520 Edge Servers, 104 HUB Servers, and 208 Mailbox Servers in both classified and unclassified environments. Operating Systems utilized include Windows 2008 and Windows 2016 Server. Microsoft Exchange versions utilized are 2010 and 2016. Each POD also contains between 67 and 95 databases of mailbox storage, which equates to, 1.8 to 2 million email accounts.

Part of a highly organized and motivated team of professionals supporting a wide variety of network environments containing a multitude of different devices, operating systems, and software applications.Supported several K-12 school systems, HIPPA Compliant business such as hospitals, as well as small and enterprise level corporate businesses. These environments included different Windows Server levels ranging from Windows 2003 to Windows 2016, as well as different versions of Exchange Servers and Office 365 implementations and subsequent support to include maintenance and administration. Environments ranged from simple client/server networks, to multiple servers hosted on VMWare servers. Duties ranged from trouble shooting and problem solving to Implementation and migration of Active Directory, file & print servers, SQL servers, as well as Exchange Servers. This also included supporting a multitude of software applications from manufacturers such as SolarWinds, Time Matters, Intuit, GFI, and others.
