As director of a small, family owned restaurant company, my responsibilities were vast and varied. I would manage new location openings, from input on location and leases to managing the buildout, assisting with design, concept development, staff interviewing and hiring, staff training, team management, inventory purchasing, product margin analysis and day-to-day management. This included all new assets of the company as well as consulting on non-company assets.For the most recent of the company brands, Imperial Tacos & Beer, I use my expertise as a Certified Cicerone to curate one of the top craft beer menus in town as well as train staff and customers to help drive the sales of these products.
