Support all surface, subsurface & Health, Environment and Safety (HES) disciplines including Geophysics, Geology, Petrophysics, Drilling, Reservoir Engineering, Production Engineering, Economics, Facilities Engineering, Well Servicing, Field Operations, Maintenance and Production Accounting.In addition, provide expertise in business intelligence, analytics and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to all IT departments and associated customers.

Responsible for the IT strategy and operations of a 50+ person organization that provides exceptional service across the U.S. and international assets with a budget exceeding $35 million. Support all surface and subsurface disciplines including Geophysics, Geology, Petrophysics, Drilling, Reservoir Engineering, Production Engineering, Economics, Facilities Engineering, Well Servicing, Field Operations, Maintenance and Production Accounting.

Responsible for IT operations for production and exploration based systems across U.S. and international assets with a budget exceeding $30 million. Coordinated and led the deployment of a large scale global deployment of a standardization production operations suite of applications resulting in a global standard suite of applications and work processes.

Responsibilities expanded from previous assignment of infrastructure responsibilities to include strategic oversight for all IT applications, network and security. Directly managed team of 6 with $1 million budget and successfully lead and managed several global large scale implementations comprised of project teams across IT.

Responsible for the early identification of strategic infrastructure technologies and translating them into operational efficiency opportunities for Oxy’s global server and PC environment. Additional responsibilities included coordination and implementation of large scale projects.
