David has advised developers, landowners and funders on a wide range of energy projects in relation to the planning and regulatory aspects of their projects. In addition, he provides legal project management services to our clients ensuring that the transition from project feasibility through to financing and/or exit ensuring that interface risk is effectively managed and that the legal advisory services are run efficiently and are fully coordinated with other parties involved in the project (e.g. technical advisers).
