My goal is to connect the communities of the coffee world from bean to cup. Working alongside Emerga Coffee, we will partner with coffee farms in Honduras to purchase green coffee harvests. From their we will transport the green coffee to roasting partners in the United States and Europe, to be distributed locally. Life is more than just coffee. Part of our sale will be returned to the farmers and their local communities for social initiatives ranging from medical, education, to sustainability. Our hope is to find local connections through our roasters and customers, to support social initiatives on the cup side of the coffee journey.

Before we opened in Jan 2016 I created the bar layout and design, purchased all equipment, helped with remodeling and construction projects, and networked with all coffee connections. After we opened I hired, trained and managed for the café. I was in charge of employee development, customer service training, quality control, goal and vision focus, wholesale account management, inventory management, ordering, and community networking

I am a Volunteer Missionary through the Nazarene Global Missions to Kraków, Poland. Currently I am co-managing the Sweet Surrender Coffee Shops Krakow. I am responsible for:Human Resources: Hiring, Firing, Promotion, Recognition, Assisting with Payroll and AccountingInventory Management: Ordering products, Inventory counts, product placementBusiness Management: Advertising and marketing, Event Coordination, Employee Scheduling As well I work the floor as a Batista and in the kitchen as a Cook. I work all aspects of the store so that I can utilize my skills in adaptive and servant leadership. I ask people to do above and beyond what they are required, utilizing their strengths, passions, and future potential to enable. I want my employees to buy into the vision, taking ownership of their part in the organization.
