I am passionate about continuous improvement, team leadership, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation across multidisciplinary functions achieving strategic goals.I have a proven track record in program management, quality assurance, risk management and regulatory compliance, with particular strengths in leading complex aviation programs, managing cross-functional teams, integration and implementing transformative change. In my career, I’ve led critical initiatives such as achieving AS9100D certification, launching new quality management software, and overseeing a team of over 40 professionals embedded across the entire matrixed organisation.
