Working with the Division CEO, my achievements included;* Disposal of underperforming business units,* Improvement in performance through implementation of effective KPIs,* Cost reduction through alignment of processes to avoid duplicationThe biggest challenge was the ultimate divestment of the Division to a Norwegian listed Group, which involved due diligence, legal review and developing the SPA and pre-completion restructure on a complex carve out of trade, assets and legal entities.
