Also, implemented a solution with the ability to measure and analyze our messaging operational environment by creating and providing data-based decision making and automation reports/dashboards & proactive tools for end-user troubleshooting. The solution utilized Azure Services - Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Stream Analytics, Event Hubs, Log Analytics, and Azure Logic Apps to capture Microsoft Skype & Teams Quality and Performance analytics, as well as PC Performance & Monitoring Advanced analytics such as Battery Health, DiskSpace Usage, and CPU/Memory utilizing Azure Log Analytics.

Enforce application consistency and standards (lower support costs and maximize productivity) by ensuring that installs do not affect core applications, compatibility with other relatedapplications is not compromised, and protects commonly shared system files from being removed or replaced. Enable software delivery by providing a consistent installation process driven by standardization that reduces time needed for hand-on installation. Streamline and customize to simplify installation process, shorten time over out of the box, and include custom configuration setting, and provide silent installation that removes need for manual configuration. Certify that the package has been created according to established standards, the application installs and does not cause conflicts with core applications, and facilitates the installation of software in a manner which provides both convenience and efficiency to the end user.

Responsible for maintaining and evolving the strategic architectural designs and technologies of Enterprise applications across the ConocoPhillips network. It is mostly technical material ranging from beginner to advanced. I had the great opportunity of creating and leading the Bartlesville Users Group for a community of technologists in the Bartlesville location. During this time, I worked with many sponsors that resulted in making many great networking relationships and providing attendees with great opportunities to improve their skill sets and networking.

In this role I helped build and oversee current and future state roadmaps for domain applications. I researched and recommended technical solutions that aligned with current and future business needs. Working within the OEM Global Division, I focused on OEM partner integrations; management and new development of our STENTOFON SDK; and software/system installations within the Americas. As a senior software engineer my role included managing software integration projects from architecture design, implementation, testing to deployment; knowledge transfers; and mentoring junior level engineers. Managing the STENTOFON SDK I worked with Global OEM partners throughout the entire process from integration design discussions to the handling of the SLA/NDA. In this position I was instrumental in OEM Global Partner growth.

As part of the Security Architecture team I helped provide security authorization, authentication and auditing for software applications. This included development of security components on AIX, VMS, HPUX and Win32 operating systems. Our team was instrumental in the development of a provisioning API Web Service which included all phases of development as well as developing an ecosystem. In addition to new development, I assisted in maintaining and refectoring legacy code, investigated software bugs, performed additional roles – test designer, test engineer, technical writer and worked closely with clients to effectively and in a timely manner manage issues.

This position included working on ePricing product technology. This was part of the Worldwide Product Solutions division and was the most profitable division for Worldspan. Our team was instrumental in the development of the ePricing International Phase I, which resulted in the single largest MIPs recovery for the company. In this position I was successful in effectively developing multiple projects from research and analysis through implementation, testing and maintenance. In this role my skills were strengthed such as object oriented development, analysis, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, time management, multitasking, leadership and adaptability.

This position included, working closely as a team with designers, manufacturers, distributors, and business partners. Working alongside the Inventory Controller, responsibilities included determining and maintaining the product line selection offered to the point of distribution network. I worked with computer mainframe systems, spreadsheets, and databases to perform daily tasks.
