Contracted on to the Management accounts team on a project to identify and resolve problems around old GRIR, the role includes:Reconciliation of Vendor accounts, requesting missing invoices and resolution of old GRIR on these invoices.Updating GRIR report including the status of old invoices and GRIR value and volume.Liaising with people within the business and vendors alike to resolve problems around outstanding GRIR.

I was recruited to the Accounts Payable department in the run up to the universities financial year end in order to ensure that all debt is on the Ledger for the external Auditors, tasks include:Indexing of approximately 100 invoices into Agresso.Registering of invoices into Agresso. including allocating correct PO lines.

Whilst on contract at Mouchel I was seconded to a specialist team to reconcile vendor / supplier accounts for the accounts payable department and then resolve any issues we found included resolving existing Account Payable enquiries.This team was tasked with giving an initial RAG rating to suppliers before the process was moved back into business as usual.

Working as part of the O2C stream on a Programme to transform Mouchels finance systems I've been involved in a whole raft of tasks, including work on Data cleansing, KPI packs, data analysis, production of Level 5 SAP documentation and databases to help with the smooth production of KPI figures and data cleansing reports. This was a contract role of initially 3 months, which was extended multiple times until my part in the project finished almost 1 year later.
