For more than 25 years Mr. Brauer has been involved in the Entertainment Industry including: accounting aspects relating to film distribution channels and markets, including licensing agreements, participation statements, revenue share arrangements; production costs analysis, including reviewing budgets to actual, substantiating budget expenditures; and reviewing key agreements for production companies, directors and actors. He has been working on film tax credit agreed upon procedures associated with the CA Film Commission film tax incentive program as well as performing Agreed Upon Procedures reports for inventors in other states to determine compliance with that particular state's tax incentive regulations.Previously, Mr. Brauer has held private industry positions at film production and distribution companies (e.g., New Regency Productions) as Corporate Controller/Director of Finance and Manager of Financial Reporting. In private industry, he was responsible for the day-to-day participation, royalty and financial statement reporting.
