Responsible for creating and executing an agile people strategy that advances critical business priorities and supports the attraction, development and retention of our talent – while embracing the future of work. Lead and/or partner (with COE’s) on items including, but not limited to talent acquisition, talent development, leadership development, succession planning, diversity, equity and inclusion, organizational effectiveness, performance development and total rewards.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees to provide advice and counsel on employee-related and organizational matters, serving as an employee advocate and as a coach to employees and leaders. Leverage data and insights to assess site climate and implement short- and long-term HR initiatives, in partnership with HR Business Partners and local leadership, to mitigate risks and improve business performance. Manage performance improvement plans, grievances, claims, investigations and terminations, in partnership with HR Business Partners, Legal, Ethics, Security and other key stakeholders. Coach leaders on performance management, inclusion, change management and other actions to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Responsible for the development and implementation of regional and corporate HR strategy for North America's largest broad line wholesale distributor of business products, Manage high performance HR team responsible for delivery of HR support for 8 union and union free distribution centers within East region.

Responsible for both strategic and “hands on” HR support for Northeast, Southeast and Mid Atlantic regions of fortune 500 multi-site Corporate Food Service Company.

Manage and lead high performance HR team in the development, implementation and coordination of HR programs for international designer and manufacturer of electro-mechanical switches.
