Responsibilities:• Create integration documentation for the core system and the associated peripherals for support and development purposes.• Create functional specifications and support documentation for all production systems and processes.• Create applications (C# .NET) as required for supporting the business needs.• Provide specialist on-call application support for both Production and Corporate environments. • Provide reporting from the databases for all levels of the company (i.e. security / finance / marketing) • Provide DBA assistance to the business.• Perform deployments of business software into both production and secondary environments.

Responsibilities included ensuring mobile numbers port within required guidelines, number management, network connections, fault management and general customer care.

Within the Services Division, involved in all stages of Terminal (e.g. mobile ‘phone, ATM, Visa Terminal) and SmartCard simulation and integration testing. This included the Analysis, Design and Implementation stages to the delivery to the customers and any follow-up calls. Led a team for production of a test suite (using Java) for a major telecom provider to enable them to test their SmartCards. Produced a GSM SIM using Microsoft’s SmartCardForWindowsOperatingSystem and SmartCards.Within the Products Division, was responsible for design, implementation and testing of various Applications to provide simulation and testing of Terminals and SmartCards.
