I began my professional career in the early 2000's supporting the faculty of West Chester University and their technology needs. After graduating in 2004 with a BA in Psychology I began work supporting the mental health needs of Wester PA's youth placed in residential treatment. While I enjoyed working in the social services field, my real passion for technology never diminished and in 2011 I completed an A.S. in I.T. support to break back into the the I.T. industry. I spent four years leading the Questeq help desk which provided technology support for many of the regions school districts. This role prepared me for current position providing white glove support directly to the executive leadership of a Fortune 500 company. This role finds me not only supporting the needs of C level management, but also our business aviation needs as part of a highly dynamic corporate flight department.
