Starting fresh in this position, I was tasked with recovering a difficult territory that was underperforming and previously neglected. Bringing new customers into the sale and building more trust and relationships to grow dealer sales business for the company I received 75 percent of my monthly goal in just 2 weeks on the road. In my first full month I reached over 100 percent while taking on added responsibilities of the sites largest seller and have contributed to exponential growth of that account and many others leading me to top sales rep in the field in my first full month. March has been a record breaking month as well, with an increased target, I was able to achieve 140 percent of goal to become top rep in march again, Top rep in February and March , July and September . Top sales rep for Canadian sales again for the months of May , June , July and August 2014Continuing to grow the business and create solid relationships while maintaining some of the sites most valued sellers, Going above and beyond on a daily basis assisting the inside sales team , management , ownership and arbitration departments.• 487 vehicles sold Jan - May of 2015, generating a Minimum revenue of $194,800, approx $48,700 / month minimum revenue generated• Top outside sales representative for Jan - Nov of 2015• Achieved average of 155% of targets during Jan - May 2015, including 222% in April

An internal office position where I connected with dealerships coast to coast while continuing to build on the relationships I built while at Autotrader and creating many new ones in this new role. Was honored with Top sales rep on the team in just my 4th month after joining OPENLANE, and enjoy the many new people I have met since coming here. KM award winner for top sales rep in Canada in July and December, including the most ever in the dealer program in a single day. I have since been promoted to an outside sales role starting in Jan 2013

6 years with Autotrader, and Trader corporartion, through 3 different ownership changes was fun and rewarding. Often called upon to complete extra tasks and counted on when vacations and injuries arose often covering 2 - 3 peoples responsbilities at any given time. I built many long lasting relationships and friends from both customers and fellow co workers and appreciate the solid 6 years I had with Autotrader.
