Support annual operational and financial planning of National Insurance with emphasis on improving processes and maintaining documentation• Control Hyperion Planning Model: Oversee plan inputs are uploaded accurately into planning model and produce satisfactory results; offer knowledge and guidance to segment analysts and managers regarding model functionality and loading concerns; identify, test and implement necessary model updates by partnering with IT• Review Forecast/Plan: Support team member’s review and variance analysis process by routinely producing accurate and detailed income statements, statements of cash flow and ad hoc account exhibits • Report Profitability Metrics: Lead account level sold to model and return on capital reporting by consolidating and validating large sources of data on book of 4,500+ accounts; regularly restate metrics as new model updates are implemented; report results to stakeholders from multiple departments while investigating questions and concerns• Report Creation: Leverage available systems such as Oracle Smart View and Excel macros to create multiple value-add workbooks to aid process improvement and accuracy
