I started my foundation career at the age of 15 ,Carrying block and mixing mud for local masons in Rochester New York .I Stay in this line of work for many years learning everything i could . In 1991 I relocate to Cleveland Ohio and began learning about poured in Place foundations . I worked for a company called Dig It Foundations for the next six years i spent time positioning my self to learn and move up with in the company . In 1996 i got my first foreman position with Dig It , I spent the next two years learning to manage a crew of ten guys and help them be efficient and Quality Minded . In 1998 as i was doing a poured in Place foundation i got my first look at a Superior walls foundation it was love at first site , I thought the system was better cleaner and way more efficient than the product i was using . I began researching Superior walls and found a plant in Warren Ohio (My Home town ). I finally got an interview with the plant manager George Schuller and started the very next day learning to set walls , after about the first ten foundations i knew this was my career path . I pursed it vigorously working in Ohio ,South Carolina ,New York ,Chicago and Finally North Carolina . I installed walls for Superior Walls of North Carolina from 2001-2013 obtaining several company set records . In 2013 i went from Setting Walls to scheduling sets . I have been a dispatcher and field operations manager for Superior walls for Five Years
