As Head of Digital my remit is to deliver traffic and online revenue growth to our portfolio of travel based clientele. I am performance focused and work closely with our clients to ensure our strategies compliment their commercial objectives.Our digital team execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to maximise clients ROI. This is complemented by conversion rate optimisation and testing strategies to maximise client revenue.As part of the remit I manage our most strategic clients while also managing the Digital Team.My responsibilities include- Thought leadership in the Digital Department including the continual development of our Digital Strategies- Using Business Intelligence, User Experience and Web Analytics to create strategies to support client objectives.- Reporting to the CEO with responsibility of overall digital performance - Using Analytics and Testing Techniques to maximise the conversion rate of our bespoke booking engine.- Overall responsibility for Management and optimisation of Pay Per Click spend of approximately €2m annually
