From mid-2020, fielding support requests from internal users, ensuring that issues were logged and investigating the likely cause of errors, in addition to continuing to perform code review and some implementation tasks.Key Responsibilities• Development for the Workbench, a .NET WPF desktop application, including work on the Download Manager and contributing to the first release using Maptek Account licensing; supporting the integration and continued operation of the company’s applications in the Workbench;• Code review (mostly C#, some Python and C++) and running tests of the software;• Participating in scrums and demonstrations of feature changes and bug fixes performed over the course of the sprint, including giving and receiving feedback;• Monitoring the queues of support requests and handling those from internal users of Maptek’s products by taking ownership of the case, investigating the likely cause using logs and screenshots, logging items in Jira and notifying the reporter upon resolution of any defects;• Assistance with authoring new plugins for the Workbench and updating user-facing documentation.
