Responsible for leading the UK manufacturing and Product Supply Chain operational Teams to deliver the site Production Plan, and support cross functional Teams in Field Engineering, and Sales.Reporting directly into the UK and Ireland country Director.Also responsible for ensuring that our European Warehouses and Distribution Partners are maintained with the correct Product stock levels to meet Customer demand.The site has achieved ISO9001 v15 and has BRC AA grade GFSI accreditation.Lead the Senior Team to meet the Coca Cola Global Kore accreditation, and SGP audits.The site recently also achieved HALAL certification.Responsible for setting and delivering site KBI’s in Product Quality, Health and Safety, Mechanical Efficiency, PPM ,Yields,Production Plan, and OTIF against the site performance Dashboard.Responsible for maintaining the Site TQMS systems, and planned internal audits through the Senior Team and conducting a Monthly review to ensure corrective actions are completed Responsible for Managing CAPEX , OPEX , Production, machine Remanufacturing, Warehouse Distribution Budgets.Responsible for implementing continuous improvement projects to Process and Packaging lines enabling three years of double digit growth whilst controlling and reducing Raw material costs.Implemented 6S work place organisation.Full responsibility for Facility Management and compliance.Manage external Contractors to deliver Capital projects, and maintain site legal H&S standards and issue Permits to work against RAMS.

Day Based role responsible for the implementation of Lean Manufacturing Tools and Techniques including SMED,5S,Problem Resolution,Kaizen activities,Planned Downtime Reduction, 8 Wastes, and visual Management across the Factory working Directly into the Senior Team.Worked with the European Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Team to develop best practice, and develop Company Operational Excellence Standards across 17 Factories.Co-ordinated and Coached on 5 Business Improvement Courses on Site and introduced European Supply Chain Standards. Devised Company Operational Excellence course to NVQ STD for Technical Operators.Optimised Rinse and CIP times on Canning Fillers working with Teams of Technicians.Presented and applied 5S methodology to Teams in CCE Norway Site.Trained with the Senior Team on Site in Value Stream Mapping techniques and "One Piece Flow" process.Completed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training, currently working to deliver Project for Certification.

Delivered a sustainable increase in Line Utilisation from 48% to 61% in 18month timescale.Introduced Visual Management systems around Gold Plan and Daily Asset care TPM.Introduced 8 Waste methodology and completely removed a waste stream from the Customer with savings in Energy, Raw Materials, and Asset Care to the value of £200k per year.Introduced and developed a coding program which error proofs,standardises, and prevents Quality issues on the product, enabling accurate traceability for all customers including Burger King, and McDonalds.Introduced Optimised Product Run Planning Matrix to maximise Line Availability and reduce Planned Downtime events.Nominated in the Managerial Excellence Category for the CCE European Supply Chain 2009 ICON awards.Finalist in the Milton Keynes and North Bucks Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence awards 2010 for People Development.

Responsible for Managing a Crew made up of 4 Operations Team Leaders and 45 Technical Operators to deliver the planned case output across 9 Production lines and the Warehouse Operation.

Responsible for running 7 soft Packing lines on Shift. Capri Sun and Bag in Box Post mix syrups. Prior to Team Leader role was Employed from March 1989 to Jan 1999 as Technical Operator working in the Quality and Process department for the site.
