• Project managed a number of successful 3rd party customer implementations, such as Bel, Johnson & Johnson, and Kerryfoods to name a few, from a SAP WMS, EWM, and EDI perspective. Including gathering system analysis to ensure that the customers’ requirements and system requirements were catered for, with involvement of the testing and implementation of the solution.• Managed key stakeholders such as IT vendors, including IBM & Ortec, customer IT teams, warehouse operations and other internal stakeholders. Worked closely to develop a number of develops and solutions with the Ortec planning system by working with key stakeholders within Arla.• Part of a team to design and implement a new warehouse management system, SAP EWM. This solution is now to be rolled out to all other warehouse for Arla Foods both in the UK and Europe.• Another project that I managed was an order combination project which would save the business, £960k per annum by combining Arla and 3rd party customer products on the same pallet to reduce the number of despatched pallets, helping reduce costs and food miles.• I am well respected in the company to be seen to be the “go to” person for any queries on processes or system questions relating to the processing of Logistics activities.• I take on a supervisor role in this position, to support my line manager in developing the team and supporting him in team based exercises.

• Managed the customer Danone who own brands such as Activia, Actimel, Shape and Oykos.• This role involved me dealing with both internal and external stakeholders, such as hauliers, such as Eddie Stobart, NFT, suppliers, claims teams, transport planning teams, finance. • As part of this role I was pivotal in securing a renewal to the contract because of improved key KPI’s.

• Was responsible for all aspects of the Arla Foods ambient warehousing and distribution run by our supplier Bibby Distribution and was in control of a £7million budget. • As part of the role I was responsible for the delivery performance and quality of the contract overseeing KPI’s.• Was pivotal in implementing a project that would save the business £100k per annum by designing and having built stillage’s that would improve shuttle trailer utilisation.• The role meant that I had to deal with various parts of the business including planning, supplying sites, account managers, and other central functions.

• As well as carrying out the activities of a clerk, I created new spreadsheets and improved procedures to increase efficiency with in the department. • Worked closely with third party customers such as Kerryfoods and McNeils to make sure that their customer’s service levels are kept high. • Was the Arla representative based at Bibby Distribution to reconcile stocks, aid in any issues regarding orders and deal with any system issues.

• Was responsible for the administration of the McNeils contract looking after Benecol and Splenda products as well as looking at other contracts such as Kerryfoods, Isigny and Milklink. • Developed new skills in dealing with different sales and stock reports as well as Ad-hoc reports. • Dealing with different customers and third parties, including customers, suppliers and hauliers as well as other Arla departments. • Designed and implemented a new database for recording any non-conformance issues, used by the warehouse and reported up to the board of directors.

• As a Stock and Systems Controller I was given additional responsibility of supervising 4 of the stock team personnel, dealing with one to one’s and other such duties. • Work to strict deadlines while making sure that the stock counts were carried according to the correct procedure. • I developed my skills using the SAP ERP & WMS system to an excellent level. • I had to work closely with the Warehouse and Transport teams in this role. • Developed a spreadsheet for tracking and monitoring product wastage which help bring the site product wastage down.

• I helped to conduct stock counts on an evening to make sure that stock levels were maintained. • I ensured that wastage was kept to a minimum. • Gained great knowledge of the SAP WMS system.
