As a project manager and technician for the "Thriftmaster" team at Icon 4x4, I have spent the past 8 years establishing and nurturing the department from its inception, creating structure, processes, planning, and driving quality improvements. Starting as a technician with no prior mechanical knowledge, I honed my expertise in fabrication, assembly, and customization of existing parts, rapidly progressing my skills to earn the position of leader in my department.With a passion for design, I continuously seek to improve my craft and explore new ways of creating custom vehicles. I enjoy all aspects of fabrication from numerous mediums. I studied welding at Los Angeles Trade Tech, where I received a 4.0 GPA and obtained certifications in multiple processes and positions as well as helping instructors create new testing criteria for certifications previously not offered. As a seasoned project manager, I have successfully led many projects from conception to completion. I excel at team strategizing and build planning, and I am dedicated to ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely project delivery. My focus is on continually improving my skills and learning new ones to help me be a better fabricator and manager.
