Sr. Director Human Resources - Us Operations
CurrentBaxalta (formerly Baxter- BioScience) July 2015 - PresentResponsible for providing HR support for the US Operations, Global Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain organizations comprised of approximately 8,000 employees located in the US, Europe, and Asia. Lead a team of 30 HR professionals supporting 5 manufacturing sites and 82 Plasma collection centers across 32 states. As a strategic partner/advisor, work with the executive staff of each client group to develop and execute HR strategies and programs in alignment with business unit goals. Recent accomplishments include:• Led the organization design efforts for Global Operations during the Baxter/Baxalta split initiative. • Partnered with newly appointed Sr. Executive for Baxalta Global Operations to reorganize and communicate 16 Sr. Leadership changes across the Global Operations network. • Successfully managed headcount reductions across 5 US sites to align with product life-cycle requirements and product forecasting.• Drove Talent Acquisition initiatives to “stand up” Global Supply Chain, Procurement and Engineering organizations for Baxalta.
