I am passionate about the ability of people to solve our most intransigent problems when we confront our fears and embrace our differences. Fragmentation is our greatest enemy. When we see the world as whole and our problems as shared, the possibilities are endless.Whilst my day job is helping organisations break down the barriers to collaboration, I am beginning to realise through my PhD that there is still so much for us to learn about why collaboration is such a human instinct and yet so fragile. We yearn for wholeness but tread so carefully. Today’s world is in desperate need of leaders who role model collaboration when faced with dilemmas they cannot possibly solve themselves. If I can add any value in the later stages of my career, it is to create a role model for better collaboration in every leader I meet.
