A multifunctional role with responsibility for a National Facilities Maintenance Agreement, Commercial Real Estate functions, Team Management, Space Planning, Contract formulation and implementation and Capital Project Management.Role highlights:Led a high performing multi-disciplinary team. Business scalability, through the implementation of effective space optimisation strategies. Property Management included, sourcing, acquisition, leasing, management and disposal of nbn premises.Led a National Facilities Maintenance Agreement which covered nbn owned and leased premises across Australia.Asset Lifecycle Optimisation.Business Governance which included the development and implementation of nbn Property related polices, procedures and processes.An advocate for First Nation opportunities and an active participant of the nbn RAP committee. A Jawun alumni member, seconded to the East Kimberley to support First Nation organisations.
