Manage employees through a Medical Retirement Process.

• Monitor Human resources (currently 700 probationary officers approx.) Including sick leave, training requirements and complaint files.
• Prepare high level performance/suitability appraisals for executive level consideration of continued employment.

WA Police Covid Response

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during the COVID 19 State of Emergency, relaying timely statutory requirements thus allowing stakeholders to amend business practices and allowing for business continuity.

WA Police Academy

This is a management position. I have supervision four trainers, they deliver eleven subjects between them, when required I also facilitate training sessions. I maintain training content, quality assure product being delivered, review training requirements and finally when required act in the Senior managers role of the entire unit (18 staff).

Professional Standards

Investigate the ethical behaviour of WA Police across the whole state. Prepare reports for senior management and the Crime Corruption Commission. Review and maintain a Quality Control of external investigations.
