Evolved partner strategy, sourced new, strategic partnerships and managed overall deal efficacy for Microsoft's Digital Advertising partner portfolio across consumer services: Bing Search, Microsoft News, Outlook Mail and Xbox Live.Responsibilities included recruiting, developing and leading a world class, global team. Overseeing Bing Distribution & Syndication partnerships that generated multi-billion dollars in annual gross revenue. Directing 3rd party partnerships that drove Microsoft News revenue through native (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.) and display advertising including Verizon Media and AT&T (Xandr). Enhancing Bing's advertising value and performance through partnerships such as LiveRamp. Providing input on positioning, core value proposition, business model and external market perspective to various incubation projects within Microsoft advertising ecosystem.
