Business Operations Manager
Current- Coordinate operating and capital budget processes throughout the financial planning cycle. Gather information for prioritization, organize and track prioritization sessions, and manage department budget in coordination.
- Manage I&A Operations team of 2 staff and create future team path. Key player in building out Q&A Wiki/Confluence page for Operations.
- Work collaboratively with the I&A executive assistant and point persons in the I&A internal depts. to articulate procedures and streamline operations related to finance.
- Collaborate and align with the Enterprise Architecture team responsible with the planning cycle of then I&A goal portfolio.
- Act as main point of contact for I&A for data submission to and reporting from the DFCI financial planning systems.
- Collect data and produce financial and other operational summaries for different levels of management.
