Responsible for the design, introduction and delivery of the High Output Overhead Line Plant System (HOPS; 23 vehicles) into the UK working closely with Windhoff (Germany). Introduction of a Operate, Maintain & Delivery contractor for the HOPS, Ensuring all approvals, testing & commissioning for full UK operation. Design and construction for an operation.

York / Swindon

Project Manager responsible for the £101m investment programme for IP track renewals for the design, introduction and operation of a further fleet of High Output Track Infrastructure Renewals machines; such as HO Ballast Cleaners, Track Relaying Systems and associated support plant (Tampers / Regulators). Experienced in working with Suppliers from Austria.
