Providing integrated programme planning, controls, possessions and access across various projects on the £2.6bn Midland Mainline OLE and route upgrade programme.Developing & managing complex location integration workshops (stations & complex area) looking at how key projects align, develop interface diagrams / matrices with a focus more on providing a ‘one stop’ solution rather than multiple interventions and therefore reducing the impacting on the end user (travelling public). Key aim was getting all parities communicating and integration with each other.

Responsible for the design, introduction and delivery of the High Output Overhead Line Plant System (HOPS; 23 vehicles) into the UK working closely with Windhoff (Germany). Introduction of a Operate, Maintain & Delivery contractor for the HOPS, Ensuring all approvals, testing & commissioning for full UK operation. Design and construction for an operation depots at Swindon as well as logistics hub to support the delivery of the full electrification to the GWML and future projects.

Project Manager responsible for the £101m investment programme for IP track renewals for the design, introduction and operation of a further fleet of High Output Track Infrastructure Renewals machines; such as HO Ballast Cleaners , Track Relaying Systems and associated support plant (Tampers / Regulators).
