TPM driving Amazon Music's infrastructure and compliance program. Work with Legal, Product, Program, Software Engineering leaders to prioritize infrastructure and compliance initiatives, define requirements, and drive programs impacting millions of customers. Craft and manage technical projects with SVP level visibility, impacting four Music VP organizations (~1800 employees total) and drive initiatives spanning the audio entertainment ecosystem, including Music, Podcasts, and our subsidiaries Wondery and Art19.My contributions include:1) Delivering $42MM in AWS infrastructure cost-savings, overperforming the goal by $22MM. This was achieved by managing > 100 cost-savings projects across the Music organization involving 100+ stakeholders. This accounted for ~11% of total cross-functional cost-savings across Prime Video, Amazon Music, Twitch, Amazon Games, and Audible in 2024. In Q4 2024, I received an SVP-level award for my contribution.2) Managing Amazon Music's program to comply with the EU's Digital Markets Act. Built a multi-year roadmap and delivered initial compliance with 70+ teams (>300 contributors) developing in parallel to bring the best experience for music customers. In Q1 2024, I received a VP-level award for my contribution (Music's quarterly "Goes to 11" award).3) Am the single threaded leader responsible for the migration of all Amazon Music infrastructure resources from one AWS region to another (~$30MM in yearly AWS infrastructure spend). Defining the scope and executing for a 2-year migration impacting > 500 pipelines. Responsible for the hiring and performance of 28 new hires to perform this migration. Overseeing 50+ developers and 10+ technical program managers.4) As the program lead for user-consent at Amazon Music starting in Q4 2022, my role focused on ensuring compliance with regulations related to third-party data-sharing, cookie consent, marketing, and advertising.

Product Manager for Capital One's Credit Card Acquisitions Platform. Created platform roadmap and strategy for Capital One's credit decisioning engine and customer support platforms. Managed projects spanning these platforms, creating functionality that expanded and modernized underwriting capabilities. As a Product Manager for 3 cross-functional software development pods, I launched technical solutions that expanded underwriting and credit decisioning capabilities, generating over $100M in revenue for the US Credit Card business unit. My contributions include:• Crafting the product vision and roadmap for Capital One's credit decisioning platform, leading its full lifecycle from vision, planning, development, and enhancement.• Persuading VP stakeholders to modernize the customer service agent workflow microservices, achieving an 80% reduction in manual interventions within 4 months. This modernization enabled faster feature development (~20%) by componentizing the architecture, significantly improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service operations.• Delivering enhanced data pipelines using Apache Kafka, providing real-time intent and control monitoring for all Capital One credit card applicants, optimizing both our credit decisioning process as well as enabling further opportunity analysis by our business intelligence engineers.

Maintained and expanded internal agile development suite. Created web plugins to identify/notify/disable inactive users, projects, confluence spaces, and bitbucket repos using the Atlassian Java API and their Restful API; saving the company tens of thousands in licensing fees. Created marketing campaigns to raise awareness to Blockchain Voting Technology. In 2016, Follow My Vote created a kickstarter that ultimately met its goal of $22,000 in funding; giving the company an additional 6 months of runway. Maintained, updated, and promoted their website and kickstarter. Became knowledgeable about blockchain technology and its applications outside of bitcoin.
