My role as General Manager for Showtrax International includes managing the day-to-day activities as well as coming up with new processes and strategies. Daily tasks include: point of contact for customers and clients; developing our product range; overseeing production and graphics; presenting to members of upper management; establishing and tracking budgets; researching new methods of efficiency; and managing employees. As a company that produces goods, I am also required to manage inventory, facility layouts, and look at product distribution.
