About David Broom
Currently I teach and tutor a wide range of mathematics. I help many students with single and multivariable calculus. I also am familiar with physics, business math, linear algebra, statistics, geometry, and precalculus topics. I have experience with several different programming languages including R, Python, SQL, Java, and Java Script. I am an efficient learner can learn new technologies quickly. I am interested in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. My last classes involved topics in big data. Big Data infrastructure and architecture and concepts like data lakes and warehouses have sparked my curiosity. The aspects of all Big Data “V”s like value, velocity, variety are exciting and interesting. My goal is to learn useful skills that can allow me to help contribute the growing field of data science and analytics.
