I built my career in Internal Audit and Risk Advisory Services (RAS) within Ernst & Young. During my career I have successfully led Internal Audit contracts across a variety of sectors and international locations. I have also led value for money studies on Audit Wales and the National Audit Office.I currently sit within RSM's Consulting practice and lead RSM's South West and Wales team delivering internal audit, governance and risk management services to listed and private companies, large not for profit organisations and international NGOs. We work in close partnership with our clients whether providing fully outsourced services where I act as Head of Internal Audit or providing co-sourcing support and partnering to existing internal audit functions. I am privileged to work with an excellent team that bring energy and enthusiasm to the work we deliver and the trust we build with our clients has enabled strong client retention and growth in the region.I enjoy working with people, moving partnerships forwards and fostering winning relationships.
