David has over 25 years of experience across the investment and insurance industries. Prior to joining Tangency he was the Chief Compliance Officer of AlphaCat Managers Ltd. where he worked for approximately 8 years overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance. From 2005 to 2016 he worked in progressively more senior roles for several Bermuda based Fund Administrators advising clients on all aspects of fund structuring, reporting and regulatory compliance. He began his career as an auditor with PwC in England before moving to PwC Bermuda in 2003. David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BA(Hons) in French from the University of Leeds.
