Adobe Associates, Inc. has provided land survey and civil engineering design services for numerous engineering and surveying projects throughout the Bay Area. Related survey services include topographic mapping, ownership determination and boundary surveys of adjacent property, preparation of legal descriptions and plat maps for right of way acquisition, ALTA map preparation, and construction staking. Engineering services consist of designing project road improvements, coordination and processing of plans with local agencies, preparation and processing of encroachment permits & plans, design of wet utilities (storm drain networks, sanitary sewer, and water), feasibility studies, preliminary layout & coordination of dry utilities/joint trench (gas, electric, cable, phone), preparation of road alignments, profiles and cross sections, digital calculations of cut and fill quantities and balancing of those quantities, specifications and bid documents, sustainable design and calculations, cost estimates, project scheduling, construction administration, construction supervision, and preparation of record drawings.Specialties: Sustainable Design using Low Impact Development methods, familiar with the ever changing regulation environment, developing and utilizing cutting edge water quality/quantity design elements for our clients.
