David has almost 15 years professional experience in corporate taxation and international tax matters. Focused on clients operating in intellectual property rich and capital intensive industries such as resources, technology, pharmaceuticals and education services, David has advised clients from junior explorers and tech start-ups to global pharmaceutical giants and mining houses.Areas of David’s work include mergers and acquisitions, international reorganizations, cross boarding financing, divestments and supply chain/ operating models. David was seconded to EY’s New York office where he assisted North American businesses with investment opportunities in Australia. During this time, David gained significant experience in leading and contributing to international projects.David is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia.
