Seek and implement efficiencies in the running of the warehouse, to ensure streamlined throughput and on-schedule collections & deliveries. Plant & Equipment Management:Manage all sourcing, installation, commissions, calibrations, repairs, breakdowns, maintenance and testing of plant and equipment.Distribution & Logistics Management:Work with service partners to ensure all customers are serviced with a 95%+ OTIF.Production:Ensure efficient production is maintained, minimise downtime through timely preventive maintenance and servicing.Leadership: Part of the leadership team. Work with fellow departmental heads to continuously improve our service to customers, and return for shareholders. Responsible for CapEx, Projects, Repairs & Maintenance and Health & Safety budget submissions and adherence.Stock Management: Ensure deliveries are scheduled appropriately to increase efficiencies. Carry out regular cycle counts and stock takes.Projects: Oversee all operational projects, ensuring they are carried out in a safe, efficient and timely manner and they arrive on budget.Software Proficiencies: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc), Netsuite (Oracle), MAI (EHASoft Solutions), Bartender, Chemdoc.SHEQ: Assist SHEQ Depatment by ensuring adherence to all company policies.
