Leading sports programmes for children aged two to adult across New Jersey and New York. I organise and lead instructional programs using grid-style teaching methods. I supervise and coordinate school and youth organisation recreational programs while evaluating game strategies based on development curriculum. I explain principles, techniques and safety procedures to participants and I am in charge of my own program administration.

I worked alongside the warehouse manager to ensure that all operations are completed successfully and professionally. I had to designate roles and responsibilities to my co-workers. I had to be aware at all times of what is happening within the company so can assist in all areas of the companies duties. I specifically looked after one of the companies biggest customers. I ensured all the work we do for the clientele was done to the required standard.

My main role working for the Empowering Youth Foundation (EYF) was one of a sports coach. I coached sports activities to all ages from six to twenty five and ensuring their safety was my main responsibility. I have built up strong relationships with many schools across Wrexham and Liverpool, organising coaching session and big events. These big events have been fundraisers, charitable balls and sports days. I raised money for EYF through charitable grant applications. My communication skills with big cliental had proved very good as the amount of work EYF did since I started and finished working for them quadrupled. I successfully pitched business ideas for the organisation in front of major banks and businesses.

Ensuring the health and safety of all my clients was adhered to in all situations. My management skills had to be on point at all times because I was working in such a big and dangerous environment, you could not lose focus for a moment as the repercussions could have been fatal. I taught a wide range of ages and abilities, including children who had physical and mental disabilities. This was a brilliant experience as it allowed me to pass on my knowledge of snowboarding using very obscure methods whilst still getting positive results and assuring customer satisfaction. I was in charge of one on one lessons, group lessons and large school groups. I was very vocal and never shied away from the taking charge and organising of any clients that we had the pleasure of working with. I am very proud of the consistent quality and determination I produced whilst working in Canada.

At Morrisons I had three main responsibilities: customer service, stock replenishment and stock ordering. I helped the vast and diverse customer base with a range of queries and requests. I listened to customers; I had to be calm, patient and helpful in difficult situations. During the stock replenishment process I learnt to prioritise and be methodical. Finally, in being responsible for ordering the store's stock I was accountable for assuring the smooth running of the shop floor as any mistakes would lead to waste products, loss of sales and unhappy customers
