Responsible for ensuring the Application Maintenance services provided for the global SAP Systems are implemented satisfactorily in new countries, so far including South Africa, Ecuador, Panama, Poland, Australia and Romania, Czech Republic and Slovakia, and ensuring the technical support operations for SAP in Latin America and Europe is provided. This is an outsourced operation in South Africa, Czech and India, provided by Accenture and IBM. Working to ITIL processes, expanding solution scope and regional scope of the solution to cover Finance, Sales, Distribution, Manufacturing and newer SAP products such as IDM, GRC, PI, etc.

I am responsible for the SAP systems at CW, includiing ECC 6.0, RMCA, IS-Telecom, Enterprise Portal 7.0, Composite Apps, Netweaver. This is a worldwide system, with modules MM,PS,HR, Pay,FI/CO/PA, Fixed Assets, SRM, FCC(CRM), BW 3.5. I was responsible for the successful upgrade to ECC 6.0 in 2008 and the migration of the Jamaica and Panama businesses to their own SAP systems. Part of the team is offshored to India, so I have 2 years + experience of running an offshore / onshore model, as well as over 11 years experience of implementing and running SAP
