Business Analyst
CurrentWorking within Information Services, my role is to investigate, analyse and document business functions and processes of a large FTSE100 company. Working with strategic leads and key stakeholders I analyse qualitative and quantitative information to develop comprehensive project requirements and solution specifications. Through effective stakeholder and vendor management I implement specified solutions, both technological and business related. I provide assurance and guide tactical and strategic leads about project and solution progress.• Leadership and delivery of an organisational risk management application, which has allowed the company to understand the level of risk within asset health, enhanced corporate risk management ability and provided a method to prioritise investment requirements• Direct engagement, management and direction of on-site partners from a large multinational corporation to ensure project requirements and organisational strategic objectives were achieved• Delivery of a multi-million pound software application, to budget and within an accelerated time frame, using an innovative project management approach, recognised as organisational effective practice, which now provides the benchmark for organisational project delivery.
