•Integrate multidisciplinary systems such as electromechanical, IT, software (PLC & High-Level Control) using a holistic system perspective to achieve optimal system performance•Configure and deploy the databases and services used for processing, routing, and monitoring our material handling systems•Test the integration between (IT and DB) components that govern the business and reporting rules the baggage system must follow, e.g. CATSA or TSA baggage screening, etc•Work closely with clients, subcontractors, project leaders and internal specialists to manage requirements and system modifications•Execute projects from conception through client handover and ensuring the technical performance of the system•Act as a system subject matter expert during live system operations•Provide go-live and operational support after system handover by monitoring system KPIs, suggesting fixes, and monitoring the health of business processes, e.g. identification, tracking, screening, sortation, etc•Address bugs, fixes, and improvements through a formal CCB process•Report progress and status of test execution•Perform acceptance testing and commissioning (FAT, SAT)•Monitor the engineering and software development progress for both internal resources and subcontractors•Identify and minimize technical risks throughout all phases of a project•Identify, initiate and implement improvements in project execution and propose technical solutions for complex, and multidisciplinary problems•Drive, support, promote and improve (software) standardization platforms

• Facilitate the study of organic pesticide solutions against aphids using biological subjects. The subjects are reared, and released in organic farms, and the population of aphids are monitored over time. PCR (polymerase chain reaction) analysis is done on aphid DNA to identify the geographical distribution of by aphid variety.
