Being specialists in Virtualisation meant that working at Indigo shored up any weaknesses in my ESX and SAN knowledge as they were dealt with on a daily basis.I also gained the 2012 MCSA qualification for Windows Server 2012.Again working supporting clients from 2 to 200+ users daily.

Continuing from the experience gained at CVG I trained further in Microsoft solutions and quickly passed the MCP accreditation allowing AIT to become certified partners.I have, on several occasions, utilised these skills in the on-going development of clients infrastructures which have included moving to virtualised and in some instances cloud based architectures. The key goal has always been to provide the best solution for both the client and their end users to maximise their productivity and minimise downtime.Recently I was involved in a complete desktop rollout of Windows 7 utilising SCCM technologies to ensure that all machines were configured identically and centrally managed.I had to design and implement solutions for clients based on budget and requirement. These ranged from single servers to multiple servers running load balanced in both physical and virtual environments utilising Hyper-V technology.I have also written articles while at AIT that have been published in local newspapers and legal/technical journals.Cisco and Avaya phone systems have been installed configured and supported while at AIT.
