From overcoming unique challenges to excelling in diverse roles, my journey has been marked by resilience and determination. Despite facing the reality of mortality at too early an age, I persevered, finding solace in cannabis along the way. And we've been great friends ever since! 😏After unique family circumstances led me from AP classes to dropping out of high school, I obtained my GED while excelling at every job I found along the way. After a brief stint in a psuedo-entrepreneurial position, the limitations eventually became too much, so I decided to enroll in a tech school program for Computer and Network Technology, where I really found my calling. This propelled me into a successful career with an MSP where I played a pivotal role in the company's growth and sharpened my skills for nearly 12 years.Driven by a desire to explore the business of legal cannabis in New York and finding myself ready for a major change in my career, I graciously stepped down from my position and embarked on a new path, as hazy as it was at the time. Enrolling in a cannabis cultivation technician program at FMCC introduced me to a great cultivator friend who provided invaluable hands-on experience, sparking the idea to merge my IT expertise with my passion for cannabis.On 4/20/2023 CannabITs Consulting was born to provide tailored IT solutions for the emerging NY cannabis industry. Through my company, I aim to alleviate the IT burdens of cannabis operators and other ancillary businesses, enabling them to focus on what they do best. In September 2023, I also registered the name "Bry-T Solutions", since much of the business world is still cannabis-adverse.Let's connect and explore how I can support your tech needs in this dynamic industry.
