In my role as a mentor, I had the opportunity to support the professional development of a team of 11 interns. This included providing assistance with assigned projects, conducting quality assurance on their work, hosting daily stand-ups, and delivering presentations and hands on workshops on topics such as databases, authentication, and web security.
