Various responsibilities with regard to customer service at the Deli Counter. Also responsible for preparing platters, subs and deli rings as well as prepping and cooking rotisserie chickens and turkey breasts. Maintained inventory levels of deli items and rotating and stocking the same. Responsible for processing all damaged, defective, and returned merchandise at the Waltham location. Processing included, but was not limited to, salvaging items that are usable but not first quality, destroying what is not usable, returning items to vendors, and organizing items that are to be returned to the distribution center for repair. Other responsibilities included processing paperwork for breakage and food court damages, jewellery returns, and bakery, dairy, produce, and meat donations.

Responsible for assisting in the daily operation of all areas with regard to the maintenance and operation of the buildings and laboratories. Also responsible for shipping/receiving duties, cleaning and autoclaving of glassware and de-ionized water, as well as maintaining accurate records with regard to freezers, and cryogenic tank temperatures. Other duties include ordering laboratory supplies, maintaining and distributing inventory of laboratory supplies, set-up and break-down of all necessary seating and sound equipment for meetings and presentations,and contacting the required vendors with regard to HVAC, alarm systems, and maintaining certification of all equipment and filtration systems. Recently certified for DOT HAZMAT 49CFR. Not currently certified, but in the near future plan on receiving certification in the following areas: Waste Water Management, AESDirect, and other necessary certifications as needed.
