At GPA I was a Project Manager in a survey office that ran 3 to 4 crews on a daily basis and managed the day to day operations of the field crews. I have 15 plus years of service in the surveying and engineering field with extensive knowledge in construction stakeout, design and an excellent knowledge of engineering plans. I also had a large contractor base, developer base and client base that I worked with on an everyday basis. Worked with numerous versions of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software and surveying related field equipment and helped prepare bids and take-offs for surveying packages offered to clients.

My duties at TLJ Associates, LLC include estimating, budget control, pricing, plan review, scheduling, quality control, change orders, problem solving, billing, presentations and negotiating with General Contractors in the Commercial and Residential environments. My duties also include building strong relationships with site superintendents, vendors and customers taking care all of the concerns that they have on completing a project on time and within budget. Proficient with all Microsoft Office Products and other related software.

My duties at Budnick Associates, Inc. included all facets of construction during the home building process. They included planning, permitting, zoning compliance, engineering, value engineering and every day construction operations. My duties also include exclusive contact with clients and all of the concerns that they may have in buying or building a high end luxury home.

At LandDesign Surveying I was a Project Manager in a survey office that ran 8 to 10 crews on a daily basis and managed the day to day operations of the field crews. I have 15 plus years of service in the surveying and engineering field with extensive knowledge in construction stakeout, design and an excellent knowledge of engineering plans. I used that knowledge to my advantage and implemented it into various large scale projects that included subdivisions developments, county wide utility locations, topographic and boundary surveys. I also had a large contractor base, developer base and client base that I worked with on an everyday basis. Worked with numerous versions of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software and surveying related field equipment and helped prepare bids and take-offs for surveying packages offered to clients.
