• Providing assistance and advice to the Piccadilly Line Upgrade team, using knowledge of S Stock introduction, to ensure that all learning interventions for operational staff are captured and delivered to project milestones.• Leading on the creation of a Trial Operations and Route Integration Testing plan for the introduction of the new Piccadilly line train. This includes creating the various scripts for carrying out a number of key operational scenarios as a part of trial operations. Agreeing access requirements and key milestone dates with the PLU project team.• Leading on the review of existing rules and creation of new rules and procedures that may be required for the introduction of the new Piccadilly line train.• Work with 4LM Project Teams and Sydac to establish requirements for the Train Cab Simulator Upgrade. Take part in software testing and briefing on changes to LU Trainers and Instructor Operators.• Manage the process for introducing Protected Manual driving periods on the Sub Surface railway, from the initial trial period to the final arrangements being published in the Line Supplements. Engage with key stakeholders such as Senior Operational Management, Trade Unions and the SHe Rulebook publications team.• Creating and developing learning intervention for CBTC Train Operator training. Collaborative working with LU Skills Development on training needs analysis, course development and delivery schedule.• Leading Trade Union Consultation for Train Operator learning interventions for the 4LM project and providing support for the PLU project. • Overseeing the delivery of CBTC Train Operator training for the C&H, Metropolitan and District lines. Created and maintaining the training schedule to meet project milestones. Main workstream currently being the interface with Chiltern railways and the Metropolitan line when the new signalling system is introduced on shared areas of infrastructure.

• Producing People Readiness plans. Monitoring and supporting the delivery of the S Stock Training roll out and key enabling works programmes. • Produce Operational Readiness plans for the Operational Task Managers (OTMs). Meet regularly with relevant OTMs to update and monitor progress of plans. • Assisting the Operational Task Manager (Learning) to deliver other learning interventions such as Depot Upgrades.• Produce weekly and period reports for the Heads of SUP and Operational Upgrades.

• Analysing new closure requests for their impact on the Underground network.• Analysing impacts of major blockades on Underground networks and external stakeholders such as sporting venues and major shopping centres.• Specifying replacement bus service requirements using line load data and passing this information onto the Timetables team.
