With over 7 years of experience in the fire prevention industry, I have developed strong competencies in fire safety, customer relations, and sales management. I work as a sales manager and service engineer at Banner Fire Prevention Services Ltd, a leading provider of fire equipment and solutions in Ireland.In my current role, I am responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the work produced by my team, servicing and maintaining the portable fire equipment of our customers, and fitting out new premises according to the current standards and regulations. I also handle customer enquiries, lead generation, quotations, and supplier relations. I have successfully increased customer satisfaction and retention, as well as generated new business opportunities for the company. I graduated from Limerick Institute of Technology in 2019 with a 2:1 Level 8 Honours degree in Business, Enterprise and Innovation.
